# Trading Settings

Use the Trading Settings panel to fully customize how your orders are executed – both for buys and sells. This helps you fine-tune performance and reduce slippage, latency and MEV risk.

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="Preset Management" %}
At the top, you’ll see trading presets like `FAST1`, `PRESET 2` and `PRESET 3`. These are saved configurations for how trades should behave.

* Click any preset to load its settings.
* **To rename a preset**: Hover over it and click the ✏️ pencil icon. This is useful for labeling strategies like “High Bribe” or “Safe Mode”.
  {% endtab %}

{% tab title="Buy vs Sell Settings" %}
You can toggle between **Buy Settings** and **Sell Settings** to configure them separately. Each side can have its own:

* **Slippage** – Max % price change you’ll tolerate.
* **Priority Fee** – Tip for faster inclusion in the block.
* **Bribe** – Extra incentive for validators.
* **MEV Protection** – Toggle on/off to protect against frontrunning or sandwich attacks.
  {% endtab %}

{% tab title="RPC Endpoint (Optional)" %}
If you want to use a custom RPC endpoint (e.g., for **private routing** or **load balancing**), you can enter it here. This is optional and mostly used by advanced users.
{% endtab %}
{% endtabs %}

### Save Changes

Once your settings are dialed in, click **Save** to apply them. These values will now populate in the main order form automatically when that preset is selected.
